A great critique and really well written. I didn't know who she was but it kept me reading.

I've always said the worst self-help is when a destination is shouted at you: "Be happier" "Be fearless" "Just do it".

Anyone can do that. That isn't help, it's berating people.

Also from what I've seen, a lot of her "quotes" are other peoples, and not even unknown quotes, but really obvious plagerism. At least Jay Shetty seems to do that stuff subtley. :D
