Fuck yes. Nail on head. I love medium but it irks me more every day. I don’t see what I want to see, it’s busy, crowded, messy. Facebook is an unusable sack of shit and it happened because they tried to do everything and milked it like a cash cow until you see almost zero friends and content you want and instead it’s adverts everywhere. The moment people figure out how to have corp pages and organise groups in other platforms Facebook is dead.

It should be a warning to medium. Instead, they’re doing the same.

Also I love what you said about competitions and sales. Bother those things do my head in. I wrote on here to be an artist, not a performing pony for pennies (at least not more than I need to be as any other writer).
