Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the late response. This article got a lot of traction in the end. Something which has helped me recoup some of the money, so I guess coaching does pay!

I'm glad this information helped. When I wrote it I was frustrated no-one had laid out the process in clear steps, so I guess this article has filled a gap.

My only word of caution is I can only explain my story, through my own idiot words, so coaching still might be worthwhile for you.
