Not living diversity of ideas or opinions is definitely a big one. Reducing everything to absolutes is always a big sign. And also taking a side, like a tribe or supporting a political ideology like a football team.

This is about an inability to grow up and be willing to change in light of new information.

It take maturity to change because you first have to admit you were wrong.
