Wonderful and to the point. Agree and do most of these. I do not wake up and ask who needs me. But I love this. So much.

Coincidentally, I read yesterday the British Marines have a “commando” mindset which is courage, determination, unselfishness and cheerfulness.

Those last two blew me away. It’s not all about gritting teeth and being tough. It’s about lifting others up and helping.
